1. Do you accept returns?
At this time, we do not accept returns of any kind. All purchases are considered final sale.
2. Do you offer refunds?
We do not issue refunds to the original payment method. However, we do offer refunds via store credit for any issues with your order.
3. How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your package.
4. Will the colors of the products look the same in person as they do online?
Please note that colors may appear slightly different in person due to variations in phone and computer screens. We make every effort to represent our products accurately, but the actual color may vary.
5. Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
Once your order is placed, we are unable to modify or cancel it. Please double-check your order before submitting to ensure everything is correct.
